About Tristan

Tristan has been tutoring both of my children for the past 3 years and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. Thanks to her incredible teaching, both kids have skipped an entire grade! My son is 6 and already reading at a level far beyond his age—he reads entry-level books fluently, every parking sign, directional sign, pamphlet, menu, and piece of mail that comes into our house. He’s so motivated and genuinely loves learning now. My 5-year-old daughter is reading and spelling small words, three-letter words, sight words, and more. They both adore school, which is a complete 180 from where we started. Tristan’s degrees in Psychology and Childhood Development truly shine through in everything she does. She has an amazing gift for figuring out exactly how each child learns best. If one approach isn’t clicking, she instantly switches to a new method that fits their unique learning style. She’s endlessly patient, calm, extremely intelligent, and somehow makes every lesson fun. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found her. If your child is struggling in school (or even if they’re doing okay and you just want them to soar), I would recommend Tristan without the slightest hesitation. I can almost guarantee she’ll turn things around and get them excited about learning again. She’s simply the best!
