Tracy is a great caregiver! She is very responsible, and when problems arose (e.g., car problems, etc.) she was able to come up with a back-up plan and make sure we were covered. I do not think she called in sick even one time during the entire time she worked for us, which for us great since last-minute needs to cover are very difficult. She is honest and cared for my kids, who loved her! You'd be lucky to have her.
