I am a recent graduate from Indiana University- Bloomington where I majored in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Studio Art. I recently completed a summer internship at the National Institutes of Health working on the behavioral health units as well as helping people that have epilepsy. Recreational therapists provide treatment services and recreation activities for individuals with disabilities or illnesses. Using a variety of recreational modalities, I improve and maintain the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their clients. I plan on going to graduate school next fall pursuing a degree that can help further my behavioral and physical health practices.
