Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 18 years, I've been a dedicated patient care technician/inpatient psych tech and Certified Home Health Aide. I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and helping them maintain their independence. I provide services such as mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I prioritize earning trust and follow each family's preferred communication method, whether it's through regular text updates or written daily reports.
