She's fantastic with the kids, very engaging, always interacting, teaching, etc. she's very energetic, bubbly and happy which is nice for a growing and developing child. Tiffany is very patient and always approaches situations in a positive manner. She's great with infants, but truly excels with kids 9 months and older in my opinion. It's like I have my very own 1:1 Preschool. She'll teach my son constantly whether it be letters, numbers, objects, colors, etc. He's got great manners! He says please, thank you, you're welcome all the time. She is punctual, however has had to call in sick. (We all get sick, especially around kids). She'll text us if she's even 5 mins late. Will let us know in advance if she's too sick to come in. She won't just call the morning of and leave us stranded. She's great at notifying us of any issue and will let us decide if it is of significance, for example rashes, spit up, vomiting, loose stool, temp, etc. She'll forever be part of our family.
