Tiara worked for our family from September 2015 - September 2016, starting when our baby boy was just three months old. As a first-time mom, she made the transition of going back to work incredibly easy for me. When giving even the most detailed instructions, Tiara has only needed to hear things once and then she would follow through. I've never doubted my son's safety when he is in Tiara's care and he even more, I know that he is loved with her! He lights up when he sees her every morning. Tiara was instrumental in helping us adjust and adapt to my son's changing needs. He met all major milestones of the first year on time or early due to the activities she does throughout the day, including being diligent with tummy time (when he was younger), reading to him, encouraging him to safely explore and teaching him several signs and, eventually, words. She went above and beyond at helping us navigate my son's sleep schedule, which was most challenging during nap times. I have no doubt that she could help any new mom get their baby on a consistent nap schedule after the rigor that my son put her (and us all) through! As an employee, Tiara is dependable, professional and well-versed in the development of infants and toddlers. On a more personal note, she is also warm, funny and positive. I'd recommend her to any family and my family personally plans to continue using her on weekends, evenings and anytime that our daycare isn't an option.
