I graduated from Missouri State University with my bachelors degree in Child and Family Development. I enjoyed working at the development center there and watching 2 and 3-year-olds communicate and work through their issues. I was born and raised in Minnesota though and my family is still there, including both my little sisters. Some other experience: Coached a 6 and under girl's hockey team, coached a boys' mites team, tutored elementary students in math and reading, babysat 2 children between the ages of 5 and 11, volunteered in the youth development sector of the Peace Corps in Morocco last year, volunteered at 2 hospitals, job shadowed in a pediatric rehabilitation center, and interned at a children's summer camp in Arkansas. My favorite job was substitute teaching because I was asked to come back to the same classrooms and I got to know the students! If you have any questions please ask.
