Hello, my name is Tarryn and I am currently a graduate level student seeking flexible work. I am very enthusiastic about providing quality care for children and/or students and am confident in my ability to become a great asset in the role of childcare provider/ tutor. Through both education and experience, I have developed skills and capabilities relevant to a childcare provider/ tutor. This includes; a thorough understanding of behavior management strategies, optimistic point of view, outstanding work ethic, exceptional communication skills and a profound ability to work efficiently. My experience has afforded me the opportunity to work in different levels of care from being a babysitter to a therapeutic staff support. I have more than 7 years of experience working with children and adolescents ranging in age from 0 months - 18 years of age (I am very flexible in that aspect). I also have worked with various children with special needs, from children on the spectrum to children who suffer from ADHD. All things considered, I am a caring and patient individual with a wealth of knowledge and compassion that I am willing to share with your family.
