I have been working in the special needs field since October 2013. Currently I am a Residential Supervisor for a group home in PA getting ready to make the move in a few months. I am responsible for providing personal care (cooking, cleaning, showering, toileting, medication administration, doctors appointments, and transportation), completing state assessments and paperwork, Attending Individual Support meetings, Working with behavioral support professionals, and over all helping to transform life in to living. I currently care for three ladies two with Downs Syndrome, one with psychiatric illnesses & high behaviors, and a gentleman with OCD, Autism, High behaviors, and is nonverbal. I have created a very close relationship with their parents and work closely with the individuals team to better life for them. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
