During high school(2009), I had an amazing opportunity to help teach physical education for special needs children. I realized from this experience how much I enjoyed helping children with special needs flourish and thrive. I truly have a passion for making special needs children feel good about themselves and giving them the best care possible. My mother used to work at the special needs section of a private school and she taught me the patience needed when caring for special needs children. I also worked at a private school that had several children with autism and other types of special needs. Soon I will be moving to Athens and would absolutely love to take care of anyone who needs it! I am about to start the program to become a Speech Language Pathologist. I have a special passion for speech/language related disorders.
