I am searching for a position with a family that is in need of my services of care-giving. I currently assist an MS patient (which I have been with for 5 years) with activities of daily living including dressing, toileting, eating, prepared meals and snacks, prepared play and learning materials, physical therapy, maintained a clean and safe environment, observe and measure and record all intake and output, in putting and removal of catheter and care also with condom catheter. I also monitored and recorded vital signs for client, helped with nutritional need, mobility, personal hygiene, observed physical, mental and emotional conditions, performed first aid dressing changes, performed light housekeeping, traveled with client for shopping, doctor's appointments or vacation. I am currently in nursing school. I do most of it online but once a week, I do have to attend classes on campus.
