I have experience in caring for children in all areas of the Autism Spectrum, developmental delays, SPD, Intellectually Disabled, and ODD. My son is autistic and high functioning and so I am passionate in the belief that all children deserve to have compassionate, encouraging, and loving caregivers and teachers. I also believe that each child is unique. They all have different comforts, learning styles, and personalities. If you have met one child... you have met one child. This is especially true with children with special needs. I believe that working closely with a child's parents is the path to be the best caregiver I can be.
