I have been working as a Nurse Assistant for Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mi, 2018-Current. My daily work duties are feeding, bathing/showering, dressing, transporting patients and more. I care for 11 patients total each night, so I am certain I can provide top care to one or two seniors. I enjoy working with seniors. I try to build a relationship with my patients if possible, so that they are more comfortable with me. Aside from my work responsibilities I spend time talking to my patients learning who they are outside of the hospital and I share stories of my own. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is having a patient recover and go home after a lengthy stay.
