First time using a caregiver for me, so I didn't really know what to expect. Wow she made it easy for me. Communicates very well. It took a little bit of time for her to gain my moms trust, but of course it happened. That's when Sylvia's and my moms relationship really took off. My mom grew to love her. They became best firends from that point on. Once that happened my mom had no problem with Sylvia doing housework, chores, laundry, meal prep etc. Shes always willing to run daily errands. My mom and myself had two wonderful years with Sylvia. Shes awesome. Shes a professional. Highly recommended.
