When I was searching for a nanny, three major things needed to check the boxes: trust, compassion, and safety. Sydney checked these off and so many more! I have two boys 5 and 3 who are very active and very different. She keeps up with them, cares for them, loves them with her entire self. I am extremely picky about who is with my kids if I am not, and I can completely trust her! My 5 year old has a rare genetic deletion called DYRK1A syndrome and needs 1:1 and he has also had 3 seizures (common with his condition). She was there for the very first one he had and let me say, she was excellent with him and followed our seizure protocol in case this was to ever happen (I am a nurse and like I said - picky)!! She has the biggest heart, taking the boys places, running errands, picking up the house, etc. I wish I could keep her forever!!! She is excellent at caring for kiddos and keeping them safe!! I highly recommend her!!
