Hi - My name is Sue and I have been an LPN for 14 years, the majority of my experience has been working with special needs individuals in a Group Home setting. I also have nursing experience in Urology, wound care and home care. I have a B. A. degree in Sociology from SUNY Cortland as well. I love being a nurse, but the overwhelming amount of paperwork necessary for most nursing jobs these days takes time away from my true passion - which is direct care. I am looking for a private duty position which will allow me to work 1:1 with a child or young adult. I enjoy being active and would love to find a good fit that would be equally beneficial for myself and the individual in need of my services.
