Susan has been a tremendous help to our family. She cares deeply about the patient's welfare and is incredibly cautious to ensure they are safe. I live out of state, but feel like Susan is a family member when she calls. She provides clear updates and asks great questions. I (and my father) are so incredibly lucky to have had Susan as a part of our lives!
