We only had Susan a short time as my mother in law passed quickly, but she was dependable and helpful during that time. In the last few days when we knew the end was near and family was coming and going she was respectful of those visiting and even occupied my 3 year old granddaughter when we were attending to other issues. She made sure my mother in law was cared for, clean and presentable the way we knew she would want to be.
