About Summer

I have an Associates in Culinary Arts and I did a two-year teaching internship through high school. I have taught with a full class of kindergartners and third graders. Apart from schooling, I have been a huge part of my church's childcare services and four large VBS events. There are also several families for whom I did personal jobs in taking care of as many as 23 kids at a time. I also took judo for about 5 years and it taught me self defense, self discipline, team work, and dedication. I'm also very experienced in cooking, baking, meal planning and cost, cleaning and odd jobs such as yard care, and more. I myself have one 7-year-old and a dog, 6 siblings, and 22 nieces and nephews. I know how difficult it can be. I love kids with all my heart and I will treat them as if they were my own.
