My name is Stephanie and I have worked with special needs kiddos for about 20 years. Working with these beautiful souls is truly my passion and I am so lucky to have found something I love so immensely! I am a very positive, energetic, loving, patient, flexible, hard working, and open minded person. I started out doing ABA when I was 20yrs old. Since then I've worked in school settings as well as doing residential work/nanny/life skills. I've also worked with kiddos who are medically complex, more specifically CHARGE Syndrome. I have experience with tube feeding and BAHA listening devices as well. I believe in finding ways to truly connect with each individual child and to always see them for who they are and not just their diagnosis.

Steph has cared for my under a year old daughter a few days a week while I was working. I cannot express enough her gift of working with babies/kids. From the moment she met my daughter I knew she would exceed all my expectations. She got right on the floor with her and everything was about her interacting with my daughter. It was beautiful to watch. She is a rare gem. We recommend her 100%!
