About Stephanie

I worked as a front desk agent for a total of 36 years so I have technically cared for people of all ages for a very long time. My job as a hotel worker abruptly came to an end as our hotel closed quite suddenly so I would like to do what I know how to do and that is take care of people just quite a bit younger. I have had the opportunity to care for a niece and nephew as newborns until they entered kindergarten. They were definitely nature lovers so we would spend quite a bit outside. At one point as they got older we would play a alphabet scavenger hunt, A for acorn, B for bird etc. I also had the opportunity of taking care of two little girls who were almost the same age but on opposite days. One came to my house and the other one I went to hers. There just happened to be duck ponds within walking distance to both homes so that was always fun. After these adventures we would often go back and color pictures of what we had seen, heard and done. Great way to use our senses.
