I started a club in high school, freshman year called PALS. We work with kids with disabilities and special needs. I have always had a special place in my heart for people with special needs. I have been working with children for 4 years now. We would host parties, go to events; golfing, bowling, etc. I also have experience working with a handicapped adult since I was 16. I would go to her home for a couple of hours. The task I would need to do is help her go to the bathroom, plan and serve meals, entertain and read, do activities and crafts. I recently don't anymore because of subsidy cuts.
