I would give Simone more than 5 stars if possible. She is really everything most people want in a nanny. She is a natural with kids and just jumps in to help from the minute she walks in the door. She is kind, respectful and funny and always cleans up after the kids. My daughters love her because she always does fun activities with them and gives them her full attention. Simone has been patient with my girls even when they haven't been the easiest to deal with. She is great at diffusing tantrums and remains as cool as a cucumber. There have been zero regrets in hiring her.
