At age 12, I began babysitting four little sisters. The youngest was in cloth diapers (with pins!). I was a stay at home mother of three of my own. I was actively involved in VBS, Mother's Day Out, home birthday parties. I really loved that part of my life. Nothing is more rewarding than participating in a child's development and building positive memories. Being invited to join a family is a privilege.

I myself thought Shirley was a very nice woman. We have 4 children, a blended family, and we used her last year. The kids however still talk about how strict she was. They told us some instances that we were not happy about in regards to discipline. If you like old school strict she may be for you, but my kids did not enjoy her.
