Hello my name is Shirley, I'm also a mother of a special needs child. My son was born with VCFS and is now 19 years old and in a young adult transition program for his delayed learning issues. I have a lot of experience with special needs children and young adults driving a school big bus along with a wheelchair/special needs bus to and from different specialized schools per the students IEP and school districts orders for the last 15 years along with being a school aide & a lunchroom monitor in our local school district plus volunteering in my sons class being around his friends with a huge spectrum of disabilities and learning issues.
