I am looking for a full-time (30 hours a week) Household Manager/Personal Assistant Position within 35 miles of Ellicott City, prefer Monday-Thursday. My name is Shira, I am a graphic designer and photographer and do most of my work from home. I have been watching children since I was about 13 and love the imagination and creativity that comes with young kids, however I do have a very broad skill set and have transitioned into more of a Personal Assistant Path. Currently, I work as a house manager for 2 families in Northwest DC. Prior to that I worked for year and a half for a family in Bethesda as a house manager and nanny to 7-year-old twin boys. I attend to all aspects of household care including cleaning, laundry, cooking, shopping and setting up appointments for the household. I manage homework as well as play dates, art projects, and sporting activities. I also stay overnight with the children when the parents are traveling. I have experience with children who have special needs and learning requirements (ABA). Prior to this position, I had a long term (2.5 year) full-time nanny position with a little girl who just started kindergarten. Three years ago, I cared for children.
