Shawna is structured. This lady keeps kids on a schedule and loves the kids as her own. She is dependable and my son loves her. She's watched my boy since he was 2 years old...he's now 7. He has Autism & ADHD. It was a relief to find such a loving caregiver. Also, I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital & she kept my son from 6am-730pm. She was dependable.
