Care giving experience started for me when I was a teenager & was certified to work with special needs. I continued on from there care giving for elderly relatives, working in group homes & with families in my church & community who needed help with their loved ones for hospice, special needs & home assistance.
In more recent years I have traveled to care for relatives with needs ranging from dialysis to living with dementia & requiring help with transportation & Dr. appts, mail, shopping & activities & being a liaison to communicate needs with other family members & Dr., etc...
*Update: (Because of allergies, no dusty housekeeping or homes with cats, sorry! Dishes & laundry are fine tho!) I'm mainly accepting jobs that are around $18-20 an hour right now, but depending on the care that is needed may be able to adjust rates (short term vs long term, companionship vs. hands on-care, short shifts vs. full days can all be taken into consideration))
Thanks so much!
