Meet Sharon

Hi,
I am a "senior" myself, who has worked in helping professions, during the past 40+ years. My home care experience has focused on companionship, dementia/Alzheimer's Disease and "Home Hospice" work. I recently resigned from a Social Services position, which I held for 32 years. Pets in your home are a plus, as I am an avid animal lover!
My hope is to acquire a diverse number of families to work for, on a "as needed" basis. Assisting "seniors," which enables them to stay in their homes longer, has always been a passion of mine.
I am available for "overnight" hours, primarily for "seniors" who need support (or cannot be left alone) during the nighttime hours. I also provide transportation services for simple errands, medical appointments, including procedures, which require a driver because of sedation. Sharon has been spending time with our 88 year old mom as a driver once a week to get her out and about. Sharon has always been very punctual and willing to help. Mom thoroughly enjoys her time with her and looks forward to the weekly trip. Sharon is always willing to assist mom navigate as she uses her cane or walker.
