My family consists of my husband, my two daughters (ages 8 and 16), and myself. We have been in this area for three years. I have three godchildren and many friends' children who I care for from time to time, and I have been taking care of one little girl for the past two years. I am currently working on a degree in Early Childhood and Family Services at the University of Washington. I believe every child needs a different level of attention and different interaction and I strive to make my relationship with each child special according to their needs. My 8-year-old is beginning third grade, so I am looking for a job where I can take her to school/pick her up, and still bring in a little money. We have a large yard and are the only house on the street. We have a playground and soccer field right next to us with blackberry bushes for picking. We visit different parks, the zoo, and the library often. We have story time, cook together, do art projects, etc. I would love to have a house full of children, but that is not an option for us right now.
