We only had the opportunity to work with Shannon for a few months before she relocated to AZ, but in that time she developed such a great relationship with our toddler. She was always on time, kind and communicative and was completed unflapped by our toddlers separation anxiety. She handled bedtime well and my son always asked when she could come back and play with him. I would definitely hire Shannon again at any point.
