Shania watched my three kids for a year. When she started my youngest was 3 months and my other two were 3 and 5. She did an excellent job with the three of them even with the range of ages and quickly found a routine that my kids did well with. She treated my kids as her own. We would have continued with Shania however had to make some changes when my husband lost his job. We didn't want to give Shania up! We hope she finds a good family to work for.
