Shanette has been amazing with my mother who has dementia. She communicates great with her and myself. She is thoughtful and caring and treats my mother and home with respect. We are lucky to have such a great person in our home. She also takes my mother out to parks, to the nail salon, and to an occasional lunch. Makes my mother feel like she has a friend. Her care makes a world of difference in my mother's life and give me piece of mind to focus on work when I'm away.
