Truly I only wish I could hire Shamika immediately....as I am so very impressed with every quality that this young woman at every level...I am personally experiencing some very critical personal issues right now in my life, that at current prevent me from snagging her up asap!....I can only hope and pray that very soon I will be able to hire her....I spoke and interviewed with a number of candidates as a care giver for my son that is impacted with special...Hands down, and by far Shamika stood out and up from among the rest....I found her to be prompt, efficient, friendly, fun and had a genuine kindness and personal compassion for my son and myself...I could tell that she absolutely had a heart and genuine desire to care for a child impacted with Autism....not to mention her special needs credentials that are quite impressive....again, at this time I can only reiterate that I wish I were in a position to hire her right away!....and all I can say is anyone that doesn't grab this applicant up, is truly missing out on not only a great employee but a true gem. Needless to say I highly recommend her, and would 100% trust her with the care of my beloved son. Thank you for your time
