In a day, I will shop, prepare meals and snacks for family or individual that will leave full fridge with prepared entrees, salad makings, vegetables, some desserts with simple instructions for how heat or reheat items. Everything will be done in accordance with person's wishes, all items will be covered and/or bagged properly, labeled and stored in fridge and kitchen area. Person's kitchen and/or equipment will need to be available for usage by me. Initial meeting/interview is required for shopping list, kitchen perusal, etc. Daily flat rate or by the hour which includes shopping time. I have experienced in party planning, decorating & catering as well as management of staff. I am responsible, mature, honest & reliable. My everyday cooking is not fancy but it is healthy & delicious. I have a vast knowledge of food & preparation.
