Scarleth is an outstanding caregiver and human being! She put my Mom at great ease, and found ways to allow my Mom independence vs companionship depending on what she needed. She is easy to to get along with and a great communicator. When we had a blizzard heading our way, she messaged me days in advance to make a plan and took up our offer to work a 48 hour shift.
