I was a full time summer nanny for an amazing family of four for two summers before I finished my Master's degree in Speech Pathology! Sarah volunteers at CCHMC and I serve as the Volunteer Specialist. I interviewed Sarah shortly after she applied to volunteer and knew right away that she would be a great addition to our volunteer team. She was friendly, outgoing, mature, and had an obvious love for children. She completed all of her requirements in a timely manner and has great attendance. If she needs to miss a shift, she always gives us a phone call or email ahead of time. She shows up on time and is very dependable. It is clear that she takes her volunteer commitment seriously. I don't actually see her interacting with the children in the activity center, but her supervisors have never had a complaint against her. I have children of my own and I would definitely consider using Sarah!
