Sarah works for me right now and I could not have a better person in my home. She cares for my autistic son and helps with my other child and dog when I am not home. She is wonderful with them all and we feel like she is a part of our family! She is very knowledgeable in dealing with special needs and also typical children. She is extremely caring, dependable, and flexible. We hit the jackpot when we found Sarah!
