Hello! My name is Samantha. I am an early childhood education major at the County College of Morris. I have experience in a preschool, where I worked with children ages 2 thru 5. I have also babysat here and there for a family with an infant, giving me some experience with that age as well! In high school, I had a great opportunity in an internship program where I volunteered in three different Special Education classrooms... an adult life skills house, a high school classroom (Pg Chambers school), and a kindergarten classroom. I think my most memorable experience of this program was when one of my kindergartners with Down Syndrome repeated baba after me for the first time! It was extremely rewarding and I was SO proud of him. Lastly, my mom is a speech pathologist at a school with both a behavioral program and an ABA program. Growing up, I loved playing with all the kids at her school and helping her with her lesson plans. Can't wait to hear from you! Thank you.
