I first started in the medical field at age 17, working as a PCA (personal care aide) at New Seasons in Allentown PA. I would see how hard my mother worked (Nurse Aide) but she always came home with a smile. So I wanted that reward. Thereafter, I experienced my grandmother being ill and I stepped in to care for her. I knew this was my calling... I wanted to be part of this side of the world, helping to take care of those that needed caring. I went to collage and studied nursing, life then became crushing when my husband passed, suddenly. This was my drive to dive deeper into the medical field, to help those that need it. I am more then-ever wanting to be part of someone's healing process.
