My background is in Health and Wellness, I am also Personal Trainer certified through ASFA. My experience include pre and post surgery strengthening. I have managed and owned several business throughout my career. During these times Covid has made me rethink my career path and my future. I have decided that I have a lot to offer as a caregiver and I truly have a passion for the elderly. I am by nature very caring and compassionate.

How do I describe the blessing that is Sabine? She is such a gem, I almost don't want anyone else to know about her because our hearts will be heavy when our services end. Immediately when talking to her at our first phone interview, I was already put at ease by her warmth and professionalism all rolled into one. She has an intelligence and drive that far exceeds her peers. She wastes not a single minute of your loved ones precious time, however also has a kind patient way about her that no one feels rushed. Our situation is such that we don't need her for the physical care yet, but it is a relief knowing her expertise is ready when our needs require. She has superb time management, and graciously is available for questions even when not during her hours with us. I have a pretty high bar for excellence (even for myself) and she far exceeds any expectation I could have ever imagined. I realize this review reads she is too good to be true. I promise you, she's even better.
