I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, ABA focus and an Associates in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children with autism and special needs in group/classroom settings, as well as one-on-one settings which includes in-home and social field trips. I have experience with various methods of data collection and ABA based interventions. I am enthusiastic and dedicated to pursuing my career in helping those with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. As you will see, based on my education, training and work experiences, I am a highly motivated and responsible professional. I am very passionate about providing children with the absolute best childcare and education possible. I have been on both sides of childcare, teacher and parent, which gives me great insight to providing the greatest of care. I am very imaginative and resourceful. I am filled with fresh and creative ideas to help a center reach its full potential while maintaining a budget. I am looking to help children with Autism and special needs, and the families, while enhancing my knowledge and experience. I have had the pleasure to teach an array of children with special needs - Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Spina Bifida, OCD, ADHD, ODD, hearing and speech impaired, and other developmental delays. I would love to work for a family/company that shares similar views of beliefs, ideals, and compassion in the area of development and care for special needs children. If I can provide you with any further information on my background and qualifications, please let me know. I welcome the opportunity to meet you and schedule an interview. I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
