My name is Ruth and I am seeking employment to assist a child or an adult with special needs. I have dedicated my life to working with children and adults for more than 30 years. I worked at a day care. I have owned and operated my own Day Care. I was a Nanny (1988-1995), I worked for one family for 5 years. I babysat an amazing young child that was nonverbal. I learned some sign language. He loved horses. We read, talked about horses and we would go visit a horse. I worked 7 years as a Para Educator with special needs children. Five of the 7 years I worked with children with Autism. I loved working with all the children. I especially enjoyed children with Autism. They were so interesting to work with, each child so unique and intelligent. I worked with a woman with MS. I am familiar with a Hoyer lift, feeding tube and catheter. Also, for many years I have assisted a friend with Dystonia. This included giving meds and shots when needed. I have CNA training. I am passionate, intuitive and a sensitive leader. I bring kindness and a zest for life. I look forward to meeting your family. Sincerely, Ruth

I have known Ruth Sierra for the last 15 years. She is beloved by all who know her. She is honest, dependable, reliable and personable. She is a devoted mother of two beautiful and talented daughters who are thriving. She has worked for me in several capacities; as chauffeur, as childcare giver to my grandson from ages birth to 10, as an employee in my medical office. She was a good and supportive friend to my daughter, Barbara. She has never disappointed me and she fulfills her promises. I can't speak too highly of Ruth. She lives up to her Biblical namesake. Sincerely, Pamela C.
