About Ruthie

I'd describe myself as nurturing, compassionate, and responsible. I love working with children because I enjoy building meaningful connections and supporting their growth, creativity, and confidence. Caring for others has always been a passion of mine, which is why I'll be starting nursing school this September. I began babysitting at age 12 and have worked with children ever since. For the past three years, I have worked at a daycare, primarily caring for toddlers. I especially enjoy working with younger children and am comfortable caring for multiple children at once. I am seeking a full-time summer position during weekdays and am happy to help with additional household tasks as needed. Safety is always my top priority, and I am CPR and First Aid certified. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, sailing, swimming, baking, and crafts. Families can count on me to be patient, dependable, communicative, and dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for their children
