My experience of caring for children includes taking care of my two younger siblings (who are now 16 and 17) since they were young while my parents were at work. I worked at a summer camp, Summer Bridge for 4 years taking care of kids who ranged from being in kindergarten all the way to eight grade. In this camp, I would play games with the kids, be there for them when they were feeling sad/upset, and teach them various team building activities and skills. I am a nursing major looking to go into pediatrics and I have always loved working with kids. I am not CNA certified yet, but I have all of the qualifications to become certified from my University.
