Rosa helps us 3 days a week with general housekeeping, laundry, and other various tasks. She is always on time and responsive over texts when we need to make changes or when I have other requests. She is great with my puppy and we find her to be very trustworthy. We are home while she is here and she's become part of the household like another family member. She's very warm and energetic and our lives have improved considerably since she has started helping us!
