Experienced special-needs caregiver is seeking part-time work. I currently work with medically-involved, developmentally-disabled men with behavior challenges. I have experience with autism, cerebral palsy, mental health issues, and cognitive difficulties. I am a very patient person. Not much bothers me. My satisfaction comes from helping people with special-needs reach their potential, whether it is a reduction in maladaptive behaviors, an increase in daily-living or social skills, or just having fun on a recreational community event.
