I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with an extensive background in play-therapy, and play-therapy with special needs children. I am also a mother to a wonderful 24-month-old. I have a B. S. in Criminal Justice and a post graduate degree. I have worked with children of all ages. I enjoy participating in arts and crafts, learning activities and outdoor play, when the weather permits. I believe that it is important to not only babysit children, but assist the child(ren) in learning new skills. I find it imperative that the child develop a trusting relationship with a caregiver that he/she sees as nurturing and caring.
