For more than a year, Robin has been an outstanding caregiver for my aunt who has dementia. She quickly earned our family's trust not only by her kind, compassionate care of my aunt but also through her attention to detail and strong work ethic. She's patient, organized and anticipates problems in time to prevent them. Her verbal and written communication skills are top notch! Plus, she has a fantastic sense of humor and fun that she brings to what can be difficult work. Ours is an unusual situation given that no family members live nearby, but Robin has handled time zone issues and infrequent in-person visits from me without missing a beat. I have no reservations about recommending Robin for a senior care position.
