I am a resident Manager of a foster care facility. I have been doing this with this company for three years, we have five houses, and I am one of the houses with medical issues. I work with a variety of clients from ages of 18 to 57 years of age. Each of them are amazing folks and have taught me more about myself and what I want to be more like. Each day I am astonished by the goals and achievements that they make each day to me. When I am away from them during the weekends I feel a loss like I have missed out on something. Watching them learn and getting to see their face expressions with excitement is my biggest reward. To be honest it is no different than loving them like I do with my own family. I am beyond passionate about this field and making a difference in their lives as well as mine.
